HOTFIX: 2013.2, 2013.3 Adjustments to the Setup Wizard

Made some adjustments to the Setup Wizard.

 * Required fields are flagged as such.
 * Made the "Finish" button larger, brighter, and moved it to the top out of concern for vertical space (see notes below).
 * Removed the banner image from the setup wizard, saving 100px of vertical space.
