HOTFIX: Shipping Updates
If shipping weight is blank or zero, it will be set to 1 lbs when retrieving FedEx rates.
Also change the "UPS Testing" on the Shipping Options page to be "Provider Testing"
ith a Provider selection of either UPS or FedEx. We may add others to this later on.
