HOTFIX: Child Products And Wishlist Issues Fixed

Updated cart to move child products with parent when moving back and forth between cart and wishlist. Also updated cart to hide remove link (remove button was hidden but not link)

When dealing with required child products and also hid move to wishlist/cart button for required child products, as well as hiding select box from wishlist on header and required child products.

Corrected issue preventing user from saving wishlist when header rows being displayed. Removed qty purchased, and updated price textbox from header row as well. Corrected issue when adding saved wishlist to cart as well.
