HOTFIX: Item In Cart Discount Rule Changes

"Item in cart" discount rules will now evaluate "contains" matches properly and officially support a format for multiple item numbers.

Applied only to 2012.5 to attempt to mitigate some of the immediate impact.

Basically the evaluation for this one was intentionally backwards to support multiple items: "itemnr1,itemnr2" etc. This was causing some issues when a store had item numbers that were very similar but wanted the rule to apply to a subset of them. I added proper support for the "," and "|" delimiters to this rule and made the match work correctly.
