HOTFIX: Remote Carting Logging

Added some basic logging support for remote carting requests, we will be able to see the headers and bodies for these requests. Should help track down scenarios such as a savvy customer changing the price of a phantom item to $0.
Will add to data retention in the near future to keep size in check.
