UPDATE: Custom Layout Options For PaymentOrderView.aspx

Added new PaymentOrderView.aspx page and linked orderpayments from OrderPaymentHistory.aspx to it. The page supports custom layout and allows the customer to view all payment items associated with the payment order being viewed, as well as being able to link directly to the order that the payment is being applied to from the page and seeing the current balance for that order. The payment item list is sortable and header fields store texted.
