FEATURE: Allow changing Facebook’s splash image

Added customization options for the Facebook splash image on the store side.  Appears as a page type in the left column of the Theme Manager.  Facebook currently needs a splash image and primary entry page, this will be changing very soon with a feature they are providing us in Q4 2010, but until then we have exposed a theme settings so you can change the image out and make it your own.
