TWEAK: Fix Facebook’s Long Image Cache

Implemented a solution to get around Facebook’s extraordinarily long caching mechanism when customizing the Facebook store splash image.

Basically, the last modified time is being set in accordance with the EditDate on the Theme record.  It also appends this to the image URL, so that when this changes, Facebook will pull it as a new image resource.
