HOTFIX: PayPal Price Adjustment

When there is a mismatch between the AC cart/order total and the PayPal Express Checkout total, an additional line item will be added to PayPal as a “price adjustment” to bring the two totals in line. This will offset any rounding errors and should rarely be more than a few cents unless the item quantity is very high.
