FEATURE: CategoryInOrder and ManufacturerInOrder rules

Added CategoryInOrder and ManufacturerInOrder rule conditions to trigger when a given category ID or manufacturer ID are on an order (via the order items) for use with the Custom Workflow Rule Engine.
