Added ##IMAGERESIZER[]## merge code

You can specify the same settings as you would normally pass to the image resizer (/i/is.aspx?)
path, lr, bw, w, bh, & h

You can also just use ##IMAGERESIZER## without the settings to just get the path to /i/is.aspx if you want to manually pass it the parameters as a query string, i.e. ##IMAGERESIZER##?path=/myimage.png&lr=t&w=60.

Here are some examples:

Image 1: Without the merge

 

Image 2: Locked Ratio, Max Height & Width set to 60 pixels

Image 3: Locked Ratio, Max Height & Width of 90 pixels, and resized up to a Width of 60 pixels

Image 4: Locked Ratio and a Width of 60 with no max sizes set
