HOTFIX: New Customer Grid Options

Added “Sales Rep Name” and “Sales Rep Initials” to customer grid as new options, this keys off the SalesPerson User field on customers.

Changed the small text field, which used to be Salesperson, to Sales Note in grids and on customer edit.

Changed “Order Total” to just “Orders”

Added popuphelp to salesperson on customer edit.
