HOTFIX: Live Design Update

Live Design (design mode):

Admin help areas (the widget placeholders when a widget has no data to display) are no longer selectable.

Reworked the element count for a pending style change. If we don’t like it this way it can be moved back to the bottom. The message areas are also now more friendly to multiple messages.

Tweaked the file browser link on the background-image “url” option, to make it look like it wasn’t inside the text box.

Several tweaks and performance improvements in many spots. Eliminated a few more ‘undefined’ errors that popped up.
