HOTFIX: Issue With Shared SSL Domains Fixed

Email Merges ##ORDERPAYMENTLINK##, ##QUOTECARTLINK##, and ##QUOTEPAYMENTLINK## will now use the store’s SSL Domain if available which should fix these links for store’s using a shared SSL.
