HOTFIX: Site Explorer Links Sorting Issue Fixed

Before, each Item in a Link Group was sorted within its Type even though the front-end display of the Link Group was correctly sorted based on the internal sort order.
I.e. The “Folder” below was always displaying at the top of the Link Group even though its sort order would put it 3rd. Now it displays where it should, thus corresponds with the front-end sort order.
