HOTFIX: Subscribe To Mailing List Issue Fixed

Attempting to subscribe to a mailing list with an email address that belonged
to a microstore of the current store would result in an error because it
would not find the existing customer record and attempt to create a new one.
 
This would error because the email address already belonged to the store
(because a microstore is still considered part of that store).
