The following properties are now available via the cart object returned by the javascript API:
* ShippingTotal
* DiscountTotal
* HandlingTotal
* AdditionalFees
* GrandTotal
The following properties are now available on the individual items in the cart on the javascript API:
* ImageUrl
* ItemUrl
