HOTFIX: Client API Update

This now applies to 2012.5 as well.
Client API changes:
Will now negotiate with the AC store when AC.init() is called to get a valid AC session ID to use as the z= parameter when calling Client API functions. This should resolve any third party cookie issues that we were seeing. It will handle any session changes due to timeout as well.
