Project Honey Pot provides a service to download zone files to keep malicious or suspicious IPs off websites. In theory, this file could be periodically downloaded as the "Shared Resource" mentioned by Murdock. Each AC customer could then "Opt-In" to the service via the admin panel. http://www.projecthoneypot.org/faq.php#g

  After opting in, the Shared Resource list would work in conjunction with any lists/rules already created in Global Settings > IP Blacklist and the Workflow Rule Engine.
