Implement a new discount method rule where a discount is applied when a custom field has a defined value. For example, if we implement a custom field called "GiftOrder" and the customer selects this custom field (checkbox), a discount rule is triggered and the customer's order gets a discount method applied.

  This would be excellent if it could be checkbox, text field, or other such input methods (though I'm sure that gets considerably more complicated); and if it might show and apply both on a product's page, during checkout, and maybe on the shopping cart as well.
