We recently developed a native Zapier integration. One of the reasons we chose this was to be able to connect to CRM's such as Salesforce and others. If you are interested in joining the Zapier beta test group before it's initial launch, contact our support team and we'll get you enrolled!

We're implementing SalesForce Service Cloud right now and would really appreciate an integration between the cart & CRM.

Is the primary goal to just push customer/client details to SalesForce as they come in from the website? Possibly pull them from SalesForce as well?

This might be accomplished via an AC app for Zapier - https://zapier.com/ Suggested here: http://vote.americommerce.com/forums/25843-feature-ideas/suggestions/3307706-integrate-with-zapier-drag-and-drop-api

I would really like to see integration with Desk.com or Zendesk.com for small business, or perhaps SalesForce Service Cloud.

I'm ready for this, too! I'm actually also a Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and Developer. I finally gave up all of my SF clients to work full-time on my own businesses, but I keep my SF certifications current. Now that our stores have been operating successfully on the AC platform for almost a year and half, I've been coming to the conclusion that I need to get our business on SF.com. I'm going to have to go through all kinds of gyrations to effect an after-the-fact integration. I would really like integration with the customer database (to start) and then be able to pull in orders as custom objects related to customers so that we can see history. And whatever we can do to integrate to the service cloud for cases and such. Also, in looking at data, it would be nice to have ALL of the data exposed instead of a few fields that AC deems relevant. It's never enough. I definitely don't want Netsuite, but I just got this interesting and relevant doc in email today: http://www.netsuite.com/portal/pdf/wp-the-convergence-of-crm-with-the-ecommerce-platform-031114.pdf?subsidiary=1&whence=

Spark Pay does have a light integration with Sales Force via One Saas. You can view more information here: http://www.onesaas.com/integrate/salesforce-with-sparkpay
