street level address correction (17)

One of the continuing issues all cart subscribers have is that customer's are all thumbs and input the wrong address in their orders, which causes shipping delays and added expenses. With the help of our UPS rep, I've come across a UPS API that I thought may be valuable for Americart which would tell the customer during input that he input the wrong address.   I put my votes on the other one (linked by Jason) because it had more votes and I need this!! If these two were combined, the combined votes would now be 43 - a significant number.
