Be able to make address and product changes to Subscriptions (19)

Many times I have customers on our monthly auto-ship subscription that either go on vacation and need to have their forwarding address changed or they decided that they wanted to change a flavor of our incredible whey protein. With the current Subscription format, none of these needed features can be completed for our customers. One can't even change the credit card information and when I make changes to the Customer section, those changes (address and credit card) do not alter or change the Subscription. As I am getting more and more monthly auto-ship orders, I cannot put stickies on my computer to remind me of the flaw with the Subscription program, nor can I create a new subscription without it being processed after the fact. Most of the time I do not have the customer's credit card info, like the cvv number. Having a Subscription feature is great when there are no changes to the order. All the kinks have been worked out with the exception of making shipping and product changes. It's a great way to keep customers reordering! Please vote to have these changes made!!! Thanks, Greg

  what happens if they want to update their credit card info?

  This is a critical update needed for the auto-reorder feature. This is a MUST have update to make the subscription feature truly usable for many of us. I am switching to americommerce primarily for this feature. I hope you finish it soon.
