Customers Manually Entered as a "New Order" Never Show Up In "Customer Search" for future ordering (3)
Not plannedLately I get many customers call me up and place an order. I generally go to the back office and create a New Order. A month passes and the customer calls me up and wants to place another order. When I go to Customer Search, I cannot pull up that previously ordered customer. Apparently that only works for customers that have placed an order on the Shopping Cart and you are able to find that customer using the Customer Search. There is a definite flaw in the system. Any order, whether placed through the shopping cart or manually entered in the back office in the New Order are ALL Customers and should come up in the Customer Search. It would be great to get this fixed!

Greg, this functionality is already built in to the software. I am closing this out and having someone look in to the issue on a support ticket to see why it may not be functioning as expected for you.
