How about a neat way of integrating with Zendesk? AC uses them, right? So they probably understand the platform quite well. It would be so nice to have customers be able to use a portal right there within the retail site, instead of just having them use the email or the tab, or sending them off site. Customers would be feeling more comfortable with it too, I think.
