Import/Export Feature for "Product Lists" (1)

We would like to see a Import/Export feature for Product Lists. This saves time from having to manually search products for adding to the "product list" and also deleting products from the "product list"

  Can you explain how this works? I am assuming this is something similar I am looking for with our Wish List feature on our website where customers can enter products that they continuously buy. Can they import/export products to their list?
