    Why hasn't this been addressed, very easy modification. At least give the admin the ability to Hide Email Templates. So they don't come up when you are trying to send another type of email. My sales staff accidentally click on the wrong one when attempting to send an update or notification email.

    I know, this is annoying. We should be able to customize the backend so we only see things we need. Our company doesn't use the Q&A so why does it show up. I guess we can delete it but what if we need it later. Then we would have to recreate. Just being able to hide it makes more since like you can hide a category.
