Hide Email Templates, Customize Send Email Notification To Customer Menu (19)
I recently began customizing my email templates and noticed a major flaw. You can't hide templates you don't use. Although you can delete and they will be removed from the Send Email Notification menu. Most sites might not use the affiliate, blog or q&a templates so they shouldn't be displayed on the More Actions > Send Email Notification > To Customer...I want my store to only have the 4-5 customized templates to shop up for sales persons to select. Having other templates only makes the navigation more complicated and gives them an opportunity to select the wrong template. I'm sure this is a quick fix but I was quoted $950 for something that should already be possible.

Why hasn't this been addressed, very easy modification. At least give the admin the ability to Hide Email Templates. So they don't come up when you are trying to send another type of email. My sales staff accidentally click on the wrong one when attempting to send an update or notification email. 0 -
I know, this is annoying. We should be able to customize the backend so we only see things we need. Our company doesn't use the Q&A so why does it show up. I guess we can delete it but what if we need it later. Then we would have to recreate. Just being able to hide it makes more since like you can hide a category. 0
