Allow turning off images on admin order entry / order edit (1)

We sometimes take VERY long phone orders, and the longer the order is, the slower the order entry page runs. Having the ability to TURN OFF IMAGES would speed this up considerably!

  Alternately, allow overriding css for admin order entry, which would let me fix several issues!!

  This has fallen down my priority list since finding out there are other issues causing long delays on big orders. While the images may contribute, it's not as bad as I initially thought. I would still love to be able to override css on the admin order entry page though.
