HOTFIX 2016.1, 2016.2, 2016.3, 2016.4 - Equals sign can now be used in merge codes as expected

The equals sign can now be included in the value on the right hand side of the expression in the generic variable SET merge code. Example : ##SET[VariableName=<img src="../abc.png">]##
