HOTFIX 2016.1, 2016.2, 2016.3, 2016.4 - Cache invalidation triggered in the Store will now trigger invalidation for the same key in the REST API

Cache invalidation triggered in the Store will now trigger invalidation for the same key in the REST API. This should make data pulled immediately after a save consistent.

REST API: In the event we manually set a rate limit that is higher than the Installed app default of 50, Installed apps will now be able to take advantage of the higher limit.
