HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.6 - A field, SendReviewRequest, has been added to the order import/export feature

A field, SendReviewRequest, has been added to the order import/export feature so that imported orders can be flagged to not have review requests sent out for them. The value "True" in this field will cause the system to treat the order normally and schedule a review reminder to be sent if the "Send Review Request Emails" setting is enabled and the order status matches. If the value is "False" then a review request email will not be sent out for that order regardless of any other setting.
