HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.6 - Added country validation to billing and shipping addresses.

Added country validation to billing and shipping addresses. Adding or updating addresses with an invalid country will generate a validation error. Also, country name is now case insensitive for rest API updates. POSTing { "country":"united states" } or {"country":"United States"} will have the same effect.
