HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.6 - Categories that require customer login are now excluded from the sitemap

Categories that require customer login are now excluded from the sitemap. We also prevent attempts to generate sitemap for microstores. Sitemap URLs are now tied into the new custom URL system so they are consistent with the rest of the site.
