HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.4, 2015.3 - Google Trusted Stores no longer needs the $$GTSORDERCONFIRMATION$$ merge code

The Google Trusted Stores order confirmation data will now render without needing to add the $$GTSORDERCONFIRMATION$$ merge code. It will only render directly after successfully placing an order.
