HOTFIX 2015.3 - Shared cart session theme ID fix

When shared cart is enabled, the query string parameter sessionthemeid= will behave in a store-specific manner and only apply to the store that it was specified on. Prior to this change, because all of the stores were sharing the parent cart's session, all stores would get the theme applied.
