HOTFIX 2015.1 - Addresses for non-US/CA countries now have reduced length requirements in "My Account" settings

Addresses for non-US/CA countries now have reduced length requirements in "My Account" settings like they do on One-Page-Checkout. Address validation errors will now display the minimum required length of a field when it fails to validate because it's too short. Added 20 localizations for address validation errors in the process all of which start with "AddressEditor_Error." The localizations are used by the Address Book which is used on pages such as those for setting a customer's shipping/billing address in "My Account" as well as the Address Editor which is used on pages such as One-Page-Checkout (Will only appear if something invalid manages to pass client-side validation). By default the localizations include the address type (shipping/billing) and the minimum length required if the field failed a length check.
