HOTFIX 2015.1 - Certain merge codes with items in an order now use data from the order instead of product.

When using the ##ITEMNR##, ##COST##, ##PRICE##, and ##ITEMWEIGHT## merge codes with items in an order they will now use data from the order instead of the product. Additionally, these codes should now work when merging an order's phantom items.
