HOTFIX 2015.1 - Moved code for database post to mailing list entity instead of the handlers

Moved code for database post to mailing list entity instead of the handlers since we need to do a post regardless of mailing list type. Now we are capturing subscriptions to all mailing list types in the mailing list members table.
