Adding/unsubscribing customers from a Constant Contact list will now be captured in the AC database in the Mailing List Members table and will be viewable in the Customer List page in the admin console.
We modified alert messages in Customer List page to display a different message if adding/unsubscribing from a mailing list was not successful.
Modified api call to Constant Contact for unsubscribing a customer:
Previously, if a customer unsubscribes (from One Page Checkout or Edit Login) the previous api call to constant contact was removing the customer from the list. This allows the admin to add the customer back to the list even if the customer chose to be 'unsubscribed'. The api call has been modified to unsubscribe the customer from the list, which prevents the admin from adding them back in (from both the AC admin console and Constant Contact admin). The customer is the only one that can re-subscribe themselves to the mailing list (from One Page Checkout or Edit Login). This is how unsubscribing is supposed to work according to the Constant Contact documentation.
Added functionality to unsubscribe customer from mailing list if the 'add me to your mailing list' check box is unchecked in One Page Checkout.
