HOTFIX 2015.1 - Shipping method on existing subscriptions can now be changed

The shipping method on existing subscriptions can be changed now.

We also block the deletion of custom shipping methods that are used by subscription.

Further validation was added to subscription renewals to catch Shipping Method that may have been edited or deleted.
