FEATURE 2015.1 - Custom fields can now be created for categorie

Custom fields can now be created for categories, and used via merge codes and import/export like all other custom fields. The custom field section now appears on the category editor as well. The merge code that applies to category contexts is ##CATEGORYCUSTOMFIELD[fieldname]##.
