UPDATE 2014.5 - Users No Longer Allowed To Edit Permissions Of Adminstrators

UPDATE: Users are now no long able to edit the permissions of the administrator user group as this causes many security issues throughout the stores. A new user can be created and given specific permissions as necessary.
