UPDATE 2014.5 - Search Function Added To Subscription List Page

UPDATE: The feature to search has now been added to the Subscription List Page under
Orders > Subscriptions. You can now search by customer name, subscription type, subscription ID, original order ID, store, next due date before/after, renewal count less than/greater than.
