HOTFIX: 2014.2, 2014.3 - Rest API Streamlining and Improvements

The OAuth 2 authentication flow has had some property names changed to bring everything more in line with the specification.

 "app_id" has been changed to "client_id"

 "redirect_url" has been changed to "redirect_uri"

The "desktop flow" method of authentication oAuth-style token exchange without the web browser using a username and user key has been removed. Generating a token in the admin is the replacement. The screen that displayed the user "authentication key" has also been removed.

All API permissions use the previously existing "API" permission area. The newer "Applications" permission area has been removed.
