HOTFIX: 2014.2, 2014.3 - Enabled Theme Targeting For Entity Specific Widgets

HOTFIX: Enabled Theme Targeting for Entity Specific Widgets. This was a feature in the old admin console that has now been brought to the new admin. A user can select the theme they want an entity specific widget to apply to from a dropdown.

Now this widget will only display on the Workshop theme.

And not others:

There is also an [ALL] selection in the dropdown that can be selected to apply the widget to all themes.
