FEATURE: 2014.4 - Manually Subscribe To Blog Comment Noticiations For An Individual Blog Post

FEATURE: Added ability to manually subscribe to blog comment notifications for an individual blog post.

Note that these notifications were already handled automatically if a person commented on a blog post. Now someone can subscribe to a blog post without having to comment.
There's a new merge code in blog post contexts that gives this ability:

And 3 new store text keys that correspond:
BlogPost_UnsubscribeButtonText_string,
BlogPost_SubscribeButtonText_string,
BlogPost_MustBeLoggedInToSubscribe_string,

This works basically in the same fashion as the new subscribe to blog feature. Note that if a blog post does not allow commenting, the controls rendered by the merge code will not be displayed.
