UPDATE 2014.4 - Require Customer Login To View Category

UPDATE: Require Customer Login to View Category. New option in category that can be enabled/disabled from the category editor. If the option is enabled then the category and all of its subcategories will be hidden from the front-end of the site when the customer viewing the store is not logged in. Products will be hidden as well only if every category it belongs to has "Require Customer Login to View Category" enabled.
