HOTFIX: 2014.2 - API Security Scopes Now Tied To Admin Permission Areas

API: Security scopes are now tied to admin permission areas. This will enforce admin permissions when viewing API endpoints in the browser as well as when granting access for obtaining access tokens, i.e. a user must have Read permission for Products, ProductStatuses, VariationGroups, ProductAttributes, Categories, and Manufacturers in order to grant access to an application requesting read_catalog, because that scope will be able to read all of those areas.
