FEATURE 2014.3 - Specify Default Warehouse For A Shipping Region

FEATURE: Default warehouse for a specific shipping region. Add the ability to specify a default warehouse for a specific region: If a product is configured to use default warehouse (warehouse is set to default in product edit page), the warehouse that associated to customer's shipping region will be used to calculate shipping cost and send order warehouse related emails.
